RecommendedGreat Restaurant Impeccable service in a beautiful hotel. The staff was delightful. The Gift shop needs more of a selection higher end merchandise.

I recommend the club level and going to Fearing’s restaurant at the Ritz one night and then go to Crescent court across the street to Nobu or any of the other great restaurants in the area. The Ritz-Carlton Dallas is exceptional for service and amenities.

I loved the Ritz, so much I’ve become a rewards guest. The staff were all so nice and friendly. The property was perfectly kept. My spa was the best experience ever!!! Can’t wait for my next visit.
