Everything was absolutely exceptional. The bed was heavenly.
Exceptional experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. The hotel offers true luxury with elegant design, outstanding customer service, and a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. 2 night stay. Air conditioning only got down to 76 degrees. Staff were all quite nice, but I expect air conditioning to work at over $1000/night. AC repairman came to room, but did not get the system operating at appropriate capacity. Very disappointing.
I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, expecting the high level of service associated with this brand. While there were some great moments, several incidents highlighted a need for the company to address its culture urgently. Upon arrival, the valet attendant mistakenly treated me as an Uber/Lyft driver, which was both baffling and disappointing.
