The turn bar has horrible service. As a first timer I’ll never be back
Complete hotel has been renovated.....very nice! The new bar in the lobby turned out great!
Outstanding staff , beautiful rooms and delicious lunch
The place is gorgeous inside with the recent remodeling they’ve done. They still have the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in. The showers are amazing and the city views are breathtaking. The employees go above and beyond for their guests. I love staying here and will continue to stay here when I’m downtown. The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland is the best of the best.
Newly renovated bar/restaurant/rooms. Excellent, highly recommend. Fun, friendly place.
Staff was always very courteous and willing to help, due to busy work schedule and school work I ordered in room dining a few times, both times I was impressed with the staff’s commitment to providing outstanding service, specially ERIN who thanked me for my service to our country and showed her gratitude. Beautiful hotel, would come back again.
