The Ritz ..... its The Ritz and no other hotel can compare to it as far as quality and service. Each and every staff member is there for you! I have stayed at the hotel as well as dined at the restaurant and bar. Each time I was very impressed.
Every detail was perfection stunningly beautiful renovation top notch service in every area from welcome to Valet Outstanding food with attentive service a must see and book for your next event/ conference meeting celebration or cocktail Everything was Gleaming!!
The highlight of our perfect stay was the incredible service we received from Alice, on the club level! She was simply amazing! She anticipated all of our needs and was an absolute pleasure to be around! I hope to see you, again, Alice!
So mad that I am seeing red!!! Although we've had our reservation at The Ritz in Cleveland for months...we got a call today saying that they cancelled our reservation because they are "booking for a lot of famous people" and there is nothing they can do about it! We planned a weekend around the rock and roll hall of fame induction ceremony, amazingly got tickets and this is what we get for being proactive!!! Come on Facebook friends, help me show them that the local, little person is important too!!! (FROM MY FRIEND)
I love The Ritz Carlton, it's a beautiful hotel!! The employees are so warm and welcoming. The food is so delicious and the cocktails very relaxing!!
