Unprecedented customer service. The staff was on their game morning, noon and night. Beautiful venue (inspite of construction) fantastic food. They took care of everything. Thank you Theresa Hahn for taking such great care of us at the Northeast Ohio RIMS 2017 event!!
Amazing Place in cleveland to stay!! The hotel was just renovated and the new rooms are gorgeous! The staff is extremely friendly & helpful!
Beautifully decorated rooms. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff was unsurpassed. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton.
