Got a room for the Christmas party that work was hosting. Called to see what time check in was, was advised it would not be til closer to 4pm Sat. Arrived at 4:15pm, was told “we are behind, your room will be ready around 8pm best case scenerio.” So I contacted a friend who was staying as well and they let us use their room to get ready. After contacting the person at work who arrainged all this, i came down to the front desk to be told they still dont have a room, but will do what they can to get it ready.
