We bought our home back in 1986 during the big "Housing rush." Ed took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home, found us our ideal home that we are still in this very day. WE have used Ed/ Nancy Riggins for the sale/buy of at least 6 properties. Sometimes after giving someone else the first opportunity. Out results wit Riggins Re-Max is so good we no longer "shop" for reality services. They are the best, based on our experinces.

We have known Eddie for years, and have recommended him and his team to friends and family. He is excellent at what he does, and a true professional to work with. Specifically, he helped us sell our home in the fall of 2005, and subsequently helped my parents to sell my grandfather's home in winter of 2013. Both homes were located in Wilmington, Delaware in the suburbs of Pike Creek.

Eddie was the realtor who sold us our house originally. He kept in touch for over 10 years. When it was time to sell the house and move out of town we signed up with the Riggin Group. Eddie's knowledge of the area helped us price the house correctly and resulted in a sale in under 25 days to another one of their clients.The whole closing process was very smooth and we got an great price for our house.
