We bought our home back in 1986 during the big "Housing rush." Ed took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home, found us our ideal home that we are still in this very day. We went through from seeing the home to settlement in 30 days. WE have used Ed/ Nancy Riggins for the sale/buy of at least 6 properties. Sometimes after giving someone else the first opportunity. Out results wit Riggins Re-Max is so good we no longer "shop" for reality services. They are the best, based on our experinces.
