I have sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes using the Riggin Group. Each time I got good advice on what the homes I was selling needed to up their attractiveness. On the buying side, I was always shown homes that were in my price range and fit the description of what I was looking for. Eddie helped us buy the home we purchased in 2006. We looked for close to 5 years, put offers on 6 homes in 3 states. There is a story in each of those offers and the 40 other homes we looked at with him. In each instance he took care seeing us through the process. One of his strong suits that served us well was providing comprables of other property that sold in the area and where the property we were interested fell in the price range.
I was Able to deal with EDDIE personally. He was very upfront and knowledgeable. The rest of his staff were all so very professional. It was just sad that the market was so bad for housing anf their owners!

The pictures of my home that were put on the website presented our home in the best possible way and the excellent communication with the office kept us informed every step of the way. Eddie, our agent, sold our home in two days for full price! We couldn't be happier and wouldn't use any other Real Estate Group in the future.
