Finding a place (we came from New Mexico) for us when we knew little of the area was a tough job but Eddie and Nancy really came through for us in the short time that was available to us. I would use Eddie for any real estate transaction in any state he is licensed to do real estate transactions. He and his group are pros at what they do. He helped us buy our home in Delaware and helped us sell our home in Delaware. He also assisted us in buying our current home in New Jersey. Eddie works with you and strives to understand our needs.

We bought our first home with Eddie Riggin. That was a long time ago, and it was a small house. What we have never forgotten, and we've bought a few more houses since then in other parts of the country, is the way Eddie treated us. Eddie treated us like we were the most important people of his day. I've got a feeling he treats everyone that way. Eddie is a exceptional realtor. We have yet to meet another so committed to the customer's well-being.

Eddie Riggin has always gone above what a customer would expect. He is efficient and competent. He is patient and knowledgable. He goes out of his way to assure all questions and concerns are answered. He continues to be helpful to everyone who crosses his path. He remembers his client well beyond the sale. I have know Eddie Riggin for 27 years. I would recommend the Riggin Group to anyone who wants an honest and sucessful experience.

We had the greatest experience when we purchased our home & after the sale was over I never expected to hear from Eddie Riggins again & 25 years later Eddie still calls every year to wish me a Happy Birthday & that has meant a lot to me.
