We were very pleased with Riggins and certainly would recommend them to our friends. I lived out of state and the Riggins emailed me houses they thought I might be interested in seeing and when came back to Delaware, all the contacts were made and we viewed only the houses I was interested in seeing and I fell in love with the second house I saw and bought it. Eddie has kept us informed on other things that new home owners might need such as painters, plumbers and other services.
wow. I have bought and sold several homes in my lifetime, but my experience with The Eddie Riggin group was amazing in comparison. Fact: my home sold in less than 3 days. Why: Because they know what they are doing, they do what they say, and they keep their word.
We bought our house with the help of Eddie (Riggin Group) and he is the best. He has a very professional team working with him. If you work with Eddie, you get the whole package. Have I said, he and his wife are as well very nice and honest people?
Recommended changes to make the house more marketable. Gave feedback on how the house showed. Eddie was out-of-town when an offer was made, but he called as soon as he returned. Was friendly and professional to deal with. He also looked for a new house for us, but was unable to find anything better than we had already found before he started looking.
The Riggin Group has represented me on four real estate transactions. They sold one home in a very short period of time and at a good price in 2008, when the market was down. They found our most recent home and due to their experience and knowledge of the market we were able to win the bid in a highly competative market on a highly desirable home.
