Exception place with exceptional staff! Highly recommend!
They say my AC is fine well its 9:34 at night, its 82 outside my AC is at 74 and the bedroom is 80. I'm sick and tired of calling every week to complain and be told there is no issue. I was told i was getting a new unit being mine is so old, well that was over a month ago and many phone calls. I'm still waiting for a call back about my AC, we can't sleep in bedroom with it this hot. Hey Judy, i'll be calling you again tomorrow.
Their insanely expensive. So many fees. If I don't resign my lease, my rent will skyrocket to nearly $1900, PLUS their other fees. They don't consider placement of tenants. I have several neighbors who are young college kids who play music all hours of the day and night. I hate being that annoying neighbor that has to constantly knock on doors to tell them to turn it down cuz my kids are sleeping. The management does nothing about it. Do research before renting..rent too high... continuous water leaks and mold. this is all within the first several months of moving in.
I was happy at this complex in the beginning until I had recurring leaks in the bedroom closet. This last one hasnt been fixed since reporting it up to 4 weeks now. Horrible maintenance staff and their inattentiveness to maintenance issues has me looking to move out. Dont go here
