Absolutely ridiculous the way they treat residents. Currently in collections because they never closed out our contract/final payment after move out. I’ve been trying to get it resolved since Christmas, and IF someone answers the phone (which is never) they say they are going to review it and call back. Never have. Not only was it a terrible experience living there, we are still dealing with their lack of organization, terrible employees and unprofessionalism.
Went for a tour, SUPER nice lady and the apartment model looked great! She also gave us a ton of info. Went back home and put the application in, paid the fees, sent the paystubs and other required paperwork and then NOTHING! I sent emails, Facebook messages and left voicemails. They won’t even answer a message or respond a call. They took our money but never one communicated after receiving the payment. They take forever to take care of Maintence issues, have 2 pools one is always padlocked other not cleaned as often as it should be. Charge a lot to rent but won’t take care of property. Gated apartment, gate has been not working for 2 weeks, that’s not a gated apartment!!
Change everything! This place is a joke! 13 month resident!
Don’t sign the lease!!! The WIFI on the property SUCKS!!!! You are forced to get WIFI through them!. The rent is always more than what you sign up for. If you want to pay online... there’s a $35-40 fee. You have to pay with cashiers checks or money orders. Their system of collecting payments is always an inconvenience for the renters. I can’t wait to get out of here!!!
I cannot wait to leave this hell hole! The office is literally the worst people ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They don't care about you and you're only a number to them. I've worked in customer service and these people know nothing of it. save your time, sanity and money and go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than here... trust me.
