They don't return phone calls and take care of the people that live here. Very disappointed. The previous management team was great!
not a good place to live... we have been complaining since june about these people that live upstairs being so loud stomping there feet and now they have there music blaring...i have a 2 year old daughter that barely sleeps because of them...they smoke weed in the bathroom and makes our whole apartment smell like it i shouldnt be smelling it because i am pregnant and im high risk and i also have a 2 year old that shouldnt be snelling it...i hate this place im ready to move out come on june hope i have my baby by then so i ca... read more
We moved in 2 months ago. It has been horrible. Our apartment had ROACHES. Our a/c unit broke and it took a week and a half to fix. We still have a maintenance request out for a continuous leak that no one has fixed from 2 months ago. The office does nothing but lie to postpone. Once they have your money no one cares or does anything. DONT RENT FROM HERE!!!! SLUM LORDS!!!

The rent you pay is to high. An the service you get is not top service.

Still waiting on my dishwasher to get fixed. It's been two weeks now. I pay way too much money to wait two weeks for anything. I call almost everyday, you sent someone out and they looked at it and said could be the pump and he will be back to fix it, he never came back... I'm about to hire someone on my own to fix it and send you the receipt. I'm not paying rent until it's fixed. Also will not pay the $20 garbage fee until the garbage is actually removed.
