Do something about the garbage outside of #74 just do something.
Ewww.. this place is disgusting. Trash piled up outside apartment #74 for 5 or 6 days and management doesn't do ANYTHING about it. The same people are constantly loud, rude, and obnoxious. Overpriced apartment for ghetto living. I'd rather live in a cardboard box under the bridge. Thankfully I own my own 5 bedroom home now. NEVER RENT HERE. In fact, stay far away from the property.
Not impressed at all, I was just visiting and all I can say is yuck. I actually feel sorry for the people who live here. Management is terrible, the grounds are absolutely disgusting, and the amount the tenants are charged to live there.. it's robbery. You could not pay me to live in this dump, and I've lived in some less than classy places before, but this place is a complete joke.
HATED IT. HORRIBLE management PEOPLE, most disrespectful and don't give a darn about the tenants. There only concern is keeping their operating expenses minimal and will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you to sign a lease. You will regret living here and your best day here will be the day you move out!!!
As a previous resident, who JUST moved out. I just want to say, I loved living here. The staff were amazing. Holly Highsmith is truly wonderful! I recommend her if you go there. She will absolutely help you in anyway. My year of residence here was truly great. My neighbors were all kind. And, my apartment was fantastic. I'm going to miss it there. But, I know I can always move back if I'd like! I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for spacious apartments, with great staffing and wonderful maintenance.
They can t even take care of the garbage, let alone a bulb, or a light switch , without constant inquiry!
Have lived at this complex for over 3 years. We were excited when new management took over, hoping that it would become a better place. New renovations were amazing, but it was clear they were rushed. Paint spots on floor and counters (which we were told were being replaced soon). Cabinets were reinstalled poorly and 2 have since fallen off. We put in a service request for our toilet, which was constantly running, and waited over 3 weeks for it to be looked at. Now currently going on 2 weeks for our cabinets to be fixed and ... read more
Just looked at my rent for Oct.. Since the "new" company can not get their act together last month there was no water charge because the bill did not "arrive on time". So instead of communication on this we just get to pay two months of water at once.. Our water for September and October. No this is not a good place when our lease is up our rent will go from 865 to over 1200 then add all of the other fees on top of that.
I have lived here 16 years. I have been well taken care of, seen many changes, and have few complaints. It will be interesting to see what the next year brings with this major change.
