Having been to RGW of Manassas twice now I find the staff to be personable, polite and proficient. In particular I was treated by Dr Fein with laser retinopexy having suffered a retinal tear after an incident of PVD. Today Dr Fein thoroughly checked the interior of my right eye as part of the one month follow up. I feel privileged to have her as one of the most brilliant and compassionate doctors I've ever known.
I'm pleased with the care I have received. I saw Dr. Osman on a Thursday. He's friendly and has a great bedside manner. On Saturday, I had surgery with Dr. Reilly. She came to Virginia for the surgery to accommodate me. Easter Sunday she saw me for my post op appointment. The office staff has always been friendly and flexible.
Fantastic group of doctors dedicated to patient care.
I am very pleased with the staff at RGW; however, the wait time to see the doctor has never been less than 2 hours. I may try another office as I do not feel my time is being respected. If it were not for the wait time, I would have scored much higher. :-(
there scheduling is very bad. u will spend 2hours for just eye follow up exams.
Everyone at the Springfield location is so lovely and kind. Dr. Rivers is the absolute best!! He made me feel safe and did a beautiful job on both my eye surgeries. I couldn't have asked for a better team �
They are the best and because of them my vision is better
