Friendly staff and Dr. Fein is brilliant.
Love the new diggs. Plenaty of room. Only a very small thing was when I was taken into the final exam room the person ask me my birthday which was proper but before I could finsh she had moved on into the hall way. No Good morning, how is it going, or any peronsl contact. Like I said, very small but left me thinking it was a production line exam. Mr. G. is they best very professioanl and likable. Dr Sundeep Kasi, my opthamologist, is first rate. He bases his recommendations and actions on a combination of diagnostic tests done by the staff at The Retina Group before I see him as well as his own observations. He answers all my questions and never rushes our appointment. I am a diabetic, and therefore, vulnerable to eye issues, so finding a top notch opthamologist is crucial. I’ve been receiving great care from the Retina Group for many years. After Dr. VonFricken retired, and I moved near Fredericksburg, I am now a patient of Dr. Johnson’s. I’m confident that I’m getting expert care. In addition, the receptionists are friendly and helpful.
Every single person you encounter during your visit is kind, friendly, happy, and genuinely interested in YOU. I think this speaks to an effective top-down employee training process and patient-first environment. Also, Dr. Bryant is absolutely wonderful.
