Having been to RGW of Manassas twice now I find the staff to be personable, polite and proficient. In particular I was treated by Dr Fein with laser retinopexy having suffered a retinal tear after an incident of PVD. Today Dr Fein thoroughly checked the interior of my right eye as part of the one month follow up. I feel privileged to have her as one of the most brilliant and compassionate doctors I've ever known.
When I found out I was going to have a shot in my eye I thought it was the end! Dr. Vu and his staff made me feel so much peace about the procedure!!!!! No Pain!!! I love you Dr. Vu and staff!!!
I am so humbled by the amazing people who work for the Fairfax medical providers. They are faced with constant illness, despair, fear and sadness yet are able to open their hearts and show incredible empathy and unconditional kindness. For me, it makes the difference between feeling tortured and cared for. To bring a smile to a patient is remarkable to me. I know you don't hear it enough but thank you all!
Took great care of me while i was there and had laser surgery 3 years ago and was told itvheld up great
I'm pleased with the care I have received. I saw Dr. Osman on a Thursday. He's friendly and has a great bedside manner. On Saturday, I had surgery with Dr. Reilly. She came to Virginia for the surgery to accommodate me. Easter Sunday she saw me for my post op appointment. The office staff has always been friendly and flexible.
Fantastic group of doctors dedicated to patient care.
I am very pleased with the staff at RGW; however, the wait time to see the doctor has never been less than 2 hours. I may try another office as I do not feel my time is being respected. If it were not for the wait time, I would have scored much higher. :-(
RecommendedDr. Reid is EXCELLENT. Bowie office staff EXCELLENT.
