The fact that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel along with the prices to match it, is what makes me leave this transparent review for anyone wondering if they should stay here. My husband and I came to stay here for christmas vacation while visiting our families, so we stayed here about 5 days for context. I stay at the hotel for a wedding and I was very disappointed with the room and no what I was expecting for a ritz Carlton. Bathrooms very basic and only one sink which is very inconvinience for a couple to share a sink. Bedding was not comfortable very basic and not a good quality or luxurious and bed was not comfortable. I could not wait to come home and have a good night sleep
Fantastic location and walking distance to the beach . I will say like several other Ritz Carlton’s hotel is a bit dated and I am sure they will refresh soon. Always great service as well
