I moved into the reserves last August and I honestly think it was the best decision! Affordable prices, big bedrooms and it has nice interior. When ever I have had to call for maintenance they always respond with in 24hrs.
I have lived here for almost a year. I will not be renewing. I have seen 3 managers and 2 assistant managers come and go, had problems with noise at all hours of the night and nothing being done about it, and recently had checks stolen from my mailbox and absolutely nothing being done and no one accepting responsibility. The gates are constantly broken and wide open, the only maintenance guy that spoke English is not here anymore and there are all new kids working in the office who don't appear to have any manners. This place is horrible. Do not live here. Alyssa and her 'staff' (random girls who never stay for long and have zero manners) are impatient and if/when you ever report an issue, they will try to turn it around on you and blame you. Oh yeah and when said work orders are sent in, there are no notifications about if/when the work was completed at all. You have to physically request that you get a call about the order. So glad I sublet and left this horrible rental property.
