When I first moved here in 2015 the management and staff were terrible at their job. They lost my application THREE TIMES and tried to charge me more for rent for their mistake. Recently, the new management has been significantly better. They're on top of renovations and getting back to their tenants promptly. I'm still skeptical just because of how terrible my experiences have been in the past but I renewed to give the new management a chance.

Do Not move into the @thereservesa apartments in San Antonio ⚠️‼️ this is the third time in the past year they have taken my boyfriends stereo and I have reported it to the apartment complex on multiple occasions but they haven't done anything because "they are not liable and there is nothing they can do" I was told they think they have arrested the person responsible before but cannot arrest him again because they do not know its him. I just left from signing my lease and I'm so excited to be living here! Leslie helped me through the process and was so kind! Absolutely great staff! Looking forward to move-in day.
