If your thinking about moving here, think twice. If I could, I would give them a negative start. I was better off at Madera.
Do NOT let your children live here. Especially your daughters! No star, negative star. They do not have their safety or best interests in mind. This is not a safe place to live!
Haven't even move in yet, already having trouble. No one seem to care at this place. Requested a roommate change cause they didn't even match up roommates like they said on papers. My roommate and I have been trying to resolve it with the manager before move in day but no one give shit. Simple just reassign a roommate is not that complicated especially when it's not even our problems.
This will be my 3rd year living at the reserve & it used to be hell. However, they recently got a new staff & the management is so much more organized. They're informative & genuinely helpful. Every problem I've had lately has been fixed before I even asked. It's so much better living here now.
