I took my granddaughter by last week & she felt so welcomed by the staff. She can't wait to move in August. The staff was very helpful & patient as I had a million questions.
Awful service here. Constantly having issues with management and prices. They said in January through April we HAD to sign up because after we would not have room. During this time, they were charging CURRENT residents $560 a month (which was $60 more than our original rent) and now they're renting out for almost $30 cheaper now? Awful company who just wants to make money from broke college students with out caring about the quality of student living. P.S. NEVER GET MAINTENANCE SERVICE. The management is absolutely amazing. If you have any problem they make sure it's done pretty quick.
After renovations, the complex will be even nicer! Love how the rooms are separated from the living room area. And must I say anymore about the beautiful backsplash in the kitchen? Or the handsome man who works the front desk? One word - dreamy. If I could sign 10 leases with him, I would in a heartbeat. #shootyourshot2017
