If there is an issue management is on it. I love living in a community that is friendly AND animal friendly.
Parking is a serious issue... especially if you are handicapped ... there were 2 Handicapped spots per building.... Which was not enough especially once they assigned parking. When we appealed to management they responded by TAKING AWAY 1 of THE 2 SPOTS PER BUILDING !!! Despicable !!! With the rent being so high with add on charges - these apartments are NOT WORTH IT ! I would NOT recommend The Reserve ... nor any property affiliated with GreyStar
Anyone who sees this i strongly advise you do not move here mostly everyone who already does live there cannot wait to move out.. theres is a list that may go on forever with the insane problems this place has. i was finally able to move out and my life is so much easier now. the people/staff are also very prejudice as well. If you're young & a minority you cannot have tattoos or nice things without them claiming you are a drug dealer. theres also a security guard on site who sits in their car and does drugs and passes out a... read more
Gorgeous place but highly overpriced and the parking is horrendous. It makes this beautiful place look trashy. Too many rules and regulations as well.
The apartments were everything we wanted - until they reached capacity. The parking situation presents a clear hazard and threat to public safety. Vehicles are parked in the fire zones, directly across from parking garages negating anyone's ability to utilize the extremely exorbitant cost for a garage, as well as on blind curves where it is inevitable that an accident will occur. There's no parking near your building , nothing to do here like basketball. I don't have kids but if you do there no where for them to be kids and play. This place offers you like limited to nothing and the prices keep on rising since you get here . They are looking to rip people off. I hate moving but I can't wait to my moving day ! Update I'm glad I don't live here any more worst place I ever lived out . But it was a beautiful place
Beautiful apartments, and amenities are amazing. The cost is definitely justifiable. Very responsive staff -- whenever we needed to contact the office or the maintenance staff they were always there. The service requests were answered the same day and the repair men came either the same day or within 24 hours. The managers are so nice, and very pleasant to speak to. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
