This is for the DYLAN APARMENTS IN OCRANSIDE CA. Our move in date was suppose to be March 30th, 2019. I got a call Monday March 25th letting me know there was a "problem" with my future unit, okay? "Manager let me "know" tenants there hadn't moved out, ( a week before move in) okay not my problem we went there a month before and she had promised us the unit I even have proof oon email of the "statement."
