This group hires individuals who have no customer service etiquette. The complex manager at the ************************* complex in ******** makes every situation an argument. I gave my 30 day notice which the final day lands on a Saturday. The manager refused to fulfill the final inspection on that date. I was given two options, either turn in the apartment early or on the following Monday. The REMM Group turned my experience living at ************* into a literal nightmare. My first real experience with the REMM group was when they first came on-site and promptly ignored my repeated requests to replace my parking garage fob. Imagine not having a secured place to park (when you PAY for it), and then receiving a threatening letter from someone at the property stating that they will tow your vehicle when its parked in a space that the property management group told you to park in temporarily. Paradise gardens apartments, This place is absolutely ?? The Remm Group is absolute trash if you are a tenant at one of their rental properties. They will raise your rent every time it's time to renew your lease. They charge an additional fee, like an HOA, for property maintenance on top of whatever your lease amount is. They sweep crimes on their properties under the rug so they don't have to spend money on additional security. We've been PAYING FULL PRICE to live in The Roy. During all of COVID-19 shutdown, the Remm Group has made no goodwill statement or action resulting in them having some skin in the game. All on-site amenities have been closed for months and they haven't reduced rent, offered us gift cards, or any other gesture that shows they care and are taking action to help us. RecommendedI would like to see comments from others that do not work for your company, or residents that have moved in and lived in the apartment and not still in the review process for moving in, some recent positive comments from residents that are not employees. Thank you.
No response from the new management they just took over the Charter Oaks Apartments I don’t know who’s worse Remm Group or Maria and Roger prior management , Roger and Maria would charge me $25 a parking spot Cash .
