We've been PAYING FULL PRICE to live in The Roy. During all of COVID-19 shutdown, the Remm Group has made no goodwill statement or action resulting in them having some skin in the game. All on-site amenities have been closed for months and they haven't reduced rent, offered us gift cards, or any other gesture that shows they care and are taking action to help us. RecommendedI would like to see comments from others that do not work for your company, or residents that have moved in and lived in the apartment and not still in the review process for moving in, some recent positive comments from residents that are not employees. Thank you.
No response from the new management they just took over the Charter Oaks Apartments I don’t know who’s worse Remm Group or Maria and Roger prior management , Roger and Maria would charge me $25 a parking spot Cash .
