I am trying to sublease my room in building D which is the newest building. It has a balcony comes fully furnished, and my room is the biggest room with a walk in closet and personal bathroom. Rate is 430 a month but that also comes with premium parking which is right beside the Building. Roommates are nice and usually keep to them selves.
