My son is looking to sublease his apartment for the months of June and July. He lives in building A-203. He has the master bedroom out of the 4 bedrooms as well. If you move in, in May, since I'll be gone on May 12th, rent will be payed for already. Get charged for everything. Have utilities don't work. Moved in and one bedroom didn't even have a toilet. Wouldn't advise it.
