When doctors send orders, it seems like there are a lot places locally to get radiology services and I confuse them all. Thus, yesterday when my GPS took me to the Radiology Clinic on Shady Grove Road and I recognized the building, I was immediately at ease. I have been here several times and the front desk staff is always pleasant, respectful and efficient. Every procedure has been with a caring professional and during my MRI, I felt quite nurtured. Tell your doctors to send you here.

I was pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate my appointment same-day—and the the results were also sent to my doctor that day! It sure helped to get a care plan in place when the diagnostic imaging was done in such a timely manner! The front desk staff was very welcoming and the check-in process was easy. Staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and caring. I had a time critical test request which needed insurance approval. Front desk was instrumental in pursuing it quickly. Technician and the radiologist were excellent in their profession in all aspects.
