I've been here since June. I see a lot of complaints about Maintenance, but any work order I've had to put in has been covered promptly. I see the guys walking as I leave for work, picking up trash out of the parking lots in the mornings. As far as trash, the Property manager has sent multiple emails asking residents NOT to pile up trash in front of the big trash bin. Edit 10/1/25: Trash is still an ongoing issue. Maintenance is lacking, it took two weeks to get someone out for a repair and the problem never got resolved. Edit 3/27/25: The trash still piles up and doesn't get taken care of until it overflows. Every single response to the reviews here are generated through chatgpt. Their "brand new and improved" portal doesn't work this month, so yet again we have to wait until the late minute to pay rent through the old portal. Worse apartments ever bad management so unprofessional apartments are falling apart so many bugs and spiders paint chipping and the ac literally didn’t work for 3 months after me calling and complaining DONT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT !!
