I have written a number of reviews and I am now writing another. I have been a resident here at the Quinn for 8 years. This community when it was owned by Wyndemere was kept pristine and now it has rapidly deteriorated and it appears to me that corporate does not care in the least about residents. Residents pay considerable rent for amenities that we do not even have. Do not believe any responses from management here on this platform. They are auto generated. 1.) After making an appointment, and driving 45 minutes to view an apartment, the “professional“ asked me three questions, as I had barely walked in the door. When I refused to answer one of them, she refused to show me an apartment, saying, “Have a good day”. Shameful behavior! I drove around the complex once prior to our meeting, and wasn’t even sure I wanted to see it after one loop around. Since I had driven so far, I thought I’d give it a chance. This place is a disaster. I moved in April 2024. In that time, it took almost a year to fix the stairs, I had a dishwasher that did not get any type of hot water or heated dry cycle, water heater broke, flooded my room then the new one was installed backwards. After the new install I maybe had slightly above room temperature water for about 5 minutes. Management staff? Absolutely unprofessional, disorganized, and overall completely clueless. The day of move in received a call saying there was an emergency in my unit. Was told I could get the keys the following morning . The next day comes I get my keys and go to the unit, all the flooring is ripped up and in the middle of being replaced. Workers told me to come back later that day. When I arrived the place was filthy. Closets were not out back on hinges. Counters literally peeling off the wall. Stucco cracking all over the ceiling. The Quinn is in a nice area of Raleigh to live in. The office staff, Hannah & Sabrina, are nice and do more than what they can to help with the few resources that they have. From day 1 move in, Hannah did all that she could to help me after having to call me to say the original apartment I wanted was not ready. The maintenance guys are very polite and do what they can. The staff here seems to be working with being put into a situation of taking over a complex that a past Management Company left for shambles. I do recommend g... read more
