I have lived here for close to one year and want to give the Property Manager Hannah a five star review. Since Hannah joined the management team last year she has provided proactive and consistent communication about several large improvements their team is making to the property and processes for tenants. Since she started she really hit the ground running and is very professional and responsive to any questions. The maintenance team also takes great care in providing a clean and safe community. Hannah has been amazing! I had a tour with her on Sunday even though they were closed she still came and showed me the apt. I love it she was very responsive attentive & nice. This was my first apt & she made it so easy. She even got me a nice welcome gift for my apt. Lun leasing agent helped me resetting my username/password and was very nice.
Hannah and Lun continue to strive to make the complex a much friendlier and accommodating experience every time I see them!
