Verified Renter We’ve lived at the Quincy for over a year now and love all the amenities and management that works here. The building is cleaned frequently and very comfortable. The occasional disrespectful tenants and no cameras inside the building or parking garage are our only negative comments about this apartment community.

Verified Renter The Quincy is a great community to live in. It is quiet and safe, has lots of amenities, including free coffee, gym, pool. The property is well maintained. It is fairly expensive, but on par with the market rate in the area. Very close to restaurants, the state theater, and the train.

My husband works in the city so it’s convenient that we live within walking distance of the train station as well as all the restaurants and things to do in the area.
