Verified Renter I have lived here just over a year and my only complaint is with the Garbage Valet people. They have skipped over/ refused to collect my trash and recycle a number of times and it’s annoying. I barely even use the service so I think they could at least take my garbage when I put it out—which I do within the proper time window.
Verified Renter Very happy with my apartment and the amenities. Staff is attentive. Service calls are attended promptly. The gym is great. Rooftop pool and deck is great.

Verified Renter We’ve lived at the Quincy for over a year now and love all the amenities and management that works here. The building is cleaned frequently and very comfortable. The occasional disrespectful tenants and no cameras inside the building or parking garage are our only negative comments about this apartment community.

Verified Renter The Quincy is a great community to live in. It is quiet and safe, has lots of amenities, including free coffee, gym, pool. The property is well maintained. It is fairly expensive, but on par with the market rate in the area. Very close to restaurants, the state theater, and the train.
