Verified Renter I love it here so far. There are little things that are annoying but nothing majorly impactful nor easily changed. Floor plans/closet space. Those are finite details that should be revisited when another apartment bldg is added to the greystar family.

Verified Renter The Quincy in my book is amazing!!! Couldnt have chosen a better location, access to the Highway, and just an overall warm and welcoming feel when you walk in. The community lounge is incredible with a pool table and the gym inside the facility makes it easy for me to get my workouts in fast and easy.
