Verified Renter Apartment is okay but they are asking for a bit too much price wise. Although the apartment complex has nice amenities and a more "luxury" kind of look, you can tell the units are cheaply made due to how thin and hollow the walls are. You can hear the other people around you a lot.
Verified Renter The apartments are well laid out, the staff is friendly and helpful, the neighbors are great, and there are tons of things within walking distance!
Verified Renter The move in process has been good so far and the building is super nice. The people working in the leasing office have been great as well. There was a couple issues with the unit itself but the maintenance team helped me out.

Verified Renter If you are looking for a beautiful, elegant, and comfortable apartment, The Quincy is where it’s at. You have the roof top pool, the game room equipped with a pool table, among other luxuries. There is also an amazing fitness center with everything you need. I’ve now lived here twice. I left due to work, and now I am back! It’s like Hotel California but you actually don’t want to leave. :-)
