RecommendedI’ve signed my lease for the third year now and each year gets better and better. Between the club house, pool and shuttle service no other apartment in manhattan compares.

RecommendedThe Reserve is the best apartment complex in Columbia! The price is amazing and the amenities are even better. The shuttle is my favorite, it goes late night too! A close second is the fitness center and sauna. The rooms themselves are also very nice and roomy. So glad I chose this for my time at Mizzou!
Unless you have a lawyer and roommate, don’t move into The Gramercy. I moved in after new management, so things haven’t changed. I have been forced to move out of dangerous, adverse and disgusting situations into contracts costing more than my initial sign-on. I eventually was forced from a 4 bedroom into a 2 bedroom, expecting to have 1 roommate, but moved in with a couple unbeknownst to me. RecommendedThe front desk workers are always helpful when answering questions and the gym is nice with ample workout equipment. There is also a sauna, which I recommend!!
RecommendedThe shuttle schedule is amazing because it runs all day during my classes and there is even a late night shuttle on weekends that is perfect for going out! The staff are always super friendly and maintenance responds super quick whenever they're needed!
RecommendedI have lived here for two years now and I love it. Matinence is quick to respond and I always have a place to park! It's close to about everything so I don't have to go far for anything!
RecommendedWent to take a tour, front desk people were very friendly. Girl who showed me around was really nice and told me everything I needed to know about the facility. The Reserve has an awesome basketball court along with a pool, sauna, and quiet place for students to study. Really nice place.
