RecommendedGreat staff, extremely helpful and easy to work with. Ideal apartments for college students. The amenities are extremely hard to beat! The Quarters is definitely the place to be!
RecommendedThe staff has been super friendly to me through my signing and moving in period. They were able to work with me on some of the conference I had to come to an agreement that works for both parties. You aren’t going to find a place with more or nicer amenities than here and there are always people to hang out with and meet. The apartments are very nice and have a lot going for them. The HUGE closets and your own bathroom is a great addition as well. I would without a doubt recommend living here.
RecommendedThe Reserve had everything I was look for at a great price! The amenities are amazing and the Quality of the apartments are so nice! The Reserve is also pet friendly so it’s a great place for my dog!
RecommendedI have not seen the property yet, but the people at The reserve were more than willing to answer all my questions before I applied for an appt. I'm excited to arrive and get moved in!
RecommendedI’ve lived at Campus Crossings for close to a year now and have had a great experience. I have gotten to know the girls in the office pretty well and they are always willing to help with anything they can. I believe many of the bad reviews are due to maintenance related issues, but I believe this is strictly due to old maintenance techs leaving and then being under staffed. Shady. Terrible communication. Rude and unprofessional. That’s just for starters. They DO NOT accept responsibility for their errors, they change agreements w/o telling tenants and are as crooked as slumlords. RUN from this company, they are NOT interested in anything but your money, certainly not for the personal safety of young female tenants and are unbending when making needed subleasing exceptions. i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My daughter asked several times what day she would be able to move into her new apt as she renewed so she would not have a homeless period. She was told Sunday (today) and as said she went in to ask multiple times because we have to drive 5 hours to come help her move. we have been waiting since 9am for an apt even though she signed her lease to take it "AS IS" . such an inconvenience considering we still have a 5 hour drive back and work tomorrow. management seems very unsure of anything they ... read more
Honestly, this place needs to learn to communicate better with individuals who are renting from them and also with one another. I was told numerous things many different times. Given false information, etc. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for an easy move in transition.
The online site says they offer 10 month lease. When you apply for 10 months they then changed and tell you there's only 12 month leases and they keep your $30 application fee and charge you a 30 amenities fee. I spoke to Justin Ferloug who said the website does not say there are 10 month lease. which it currently still says. They refuse to reimburse the amenities fee which should not even be charged until your application is accepted. Then I'm told for $100 a month more they do 10 month leases.
