Poor and unprofessional maintenances. My bedside window of my apartment (The Reserve on W 31st street, Lawrence, KS) and wall have leakage problem, during rain water coming through window, carpet and my personal belongings got wet. Even if I complained about the problem repeatedly there was no permanent fix. Over phone support staff assured me to fix the issue but they didn't. — at The Reserve on West 31st.
RecommendedI've been living here for over two years now and haven't had any problems. I've always been helped with any questions I have had and do enjoy living here. Would totally recommend to anyone and plus there are 2 pools and free tanning 😍
RecommendedI’ve lived at the Quarters since the first year and have enjoyed my residency here! I love having a pool to hang out at with my friends, free tanning and a year round hot tub! If resort-style living is your cup of tea, the Quarters at Iowa City is the place for you. 😎
