Food was great and the service was good....always enjoy the great view of the river from the patio...
Good service on a busy Mother’s Day brunch. Reserved table was ready when arrived. Food came out in a timely manner and drink service was excellent. Our server Paige was great and Erin is always making sure things are running smoothly. She came to the table to make sure we were happy with the service and food. Delicious brunch.
Our daughter from Ohio said the spicy pecan chicken was on her top 10 of her favorite meals ever. She wants to come to the Pumphouse every time she visits. I loved the chicken fried ribeye and hubs loved the regular pecan chicken. Nice waiter, good music, beautiful weather to dine outside.
Food is great but we had to wait like 30 minutes to get dessert, it was too long.
I loved the beautiful environment the service was awesome and the food was delicious definitely will make my way back there every time I’m in Victoria!
I was so disappointed in this restaurant tonight. The service was awful. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Got grilled chicken instead of salmon. The waiter wasn’t too concerned about it. Said he heard us order chicken. Then we ordered decaf. They were out. Talked to the manager. Said she appreciated the feedback. Seriously disappointed.
Hidden gem in Victoria. Speciality drinks and delicious twists on classic dishes. Something for everyone!

The Pump House was great today. I'm not one to complain, but here is my story... We (my GF and I) showed up around 1. We were not seated instantly and that gave us time to go to the bar and get bottomless mimosas. The bartender was very polite and said I will transfer the tab to your waitress. I asked if he wanted the tip for the drinks he provided us and he said he was about to leave. Thanks but she can get the tip.
