The PumpHouse is absolutely beautiful. Old-school architecture with updated appointments make for a comfortable atmosphere. I had the PumpHouse Burger prepared to my liking—and it was fantastic. The fries were very large and had a great flavor to them. Amber, the bartender, had an excellent personality and was creative with the cocktail I ordered. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Victoria, and plan to visit again if and when I return. P.S. Happy birthday, Amber!

Gilbert - We are so sorry for your experience. Unfortunately that Sunday was exceptionally busy. Our chef had a family commitment but we ended up calling him in from what he thought was a day off. It took him a while to get the kitchen caught up. We apologize that our problems affected your visit.
