RecommendedI’ve lived at the province for 2 years now and I just renewed my lease for next school year. The location is amazing, only a 5-8 minute walk to the main classroom buildings. The amenities are great, maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly, overall great place to live. Only complaint is that most of the parking is general (not numbered) so sometimes if you get back kinda late you have to park a bit far from your apartment but it’s not that big of a deal. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I have loved living at the Province for the past 2 years. It's within walking distance of campus and the staff and maintenance are all great! The apartments are fairly big and spacious. The only complaint I have is that there is VERY LIMITED visitor parking. If you are not at the office right when they open you can pretty much guarantee that you won't get a parking pass. Other than that it is a great place to live.
An amazing place to live and so close to campus! The staff has always been helpful to me and I really enjoy the fact that the gym and the study lounge are always open. All in all my experience here has been great.
I have had an excellent experience living at The Province! I've lived here for three years and have never been disappointed. It's right across from campus so you can walk to your classes and not have to worry about traveling. It has a great gym and newly renovated computer lab/study room. It also has a pool which is perfect for when you want to beat the heat. The staff here are always friendly and get back to quickly if you have any issues or concerns. I have had a great experience living at the proviece. Maintenc requests are always answers quickly if not immediately. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly. It is such a short walk to the ECU class buildings. The gym and ltanning bed are great. They just upgraded their WiFi for the complex and it works fantastic. I highly recommend living here.
Close walk to campus, great gym and computer lab, well kept pool, love the amenities and cable/wifi, and maintenance is always helpful. ONLY complaint is that washer and drier dont work that well, but that might just be my apartment. Overall an amazing place worth every dollar
Location is their strongest feature. Walls are paper thin and office does NOTHING about noise control; even though it is stated in lease that they can fine noisy neighbors. Furniture was broken when I moved into my apartment and apt was NOT cleaned prior to me moving in.
The walk to campus is really short and the living spaces are very modern. I love living at the province!
