The staff is energetic and polite its one of the best places I've lived in Greenville the distance to campus is super convenient. Its like living on campus without the hassles
Awful management and absurd overages!
It's way better than living in a dorm, but yes it is costly. I stayed with a friend who loved there last year for a little bit. It's okay, but not if you have a car and want visitors to come. There is no parking.
