THe province is an interesting place to live. Unfortunately, there are a lot of thefts. The apartment is wonderful compared to a dorm. The location is also very convenient if you do not have a car. (Grocery store and campus in walking distance.) People are very loud and there are some issues. However, the staff is great and everybody is usually nice. I don't even live here and as soon as I go in it looks like a garbage dump. They obviously like visitors, as I have gotten dirty looks dropping off or picking up people without a pass. Whoops. It's not properly maintained, because there is trash everywhere. Like hell I'd ever rent here. I'd rather live in a van PARKED BY THE RIVER.
