Do not take your equipment to this business for repairs. I took a gas pack blower to be repaired. When I called about cost of repair, I was told it would cost me as much as the blower. I requested to just pick the blower back up and they handed me a box with it all in pieces. I asked that the blower be put back together and they gave me a smart-aleck reply and refused. I would not take anything to this business. Unhelpful and unprofessional.
Really just wish they had a 0star button... you're better off to try to find parts yourself and do the work on your own ...!
Never had bad service from Power outlet. Buy all my stuff from these guys and any trouble I may have they fix it. This is a busy place they fix all the commercial lawn service mowers I see them there all the time. I believe most homeowners should have service done in the off season instead of waiting mid summer and the last second to have it looked at, Then want it right now. I'm sure some people might have not liked the service since no company will ever make 100% happy but in my book their the best out there.
Failed to call me back with an estimate for work. Estimate given was off by $500, when the total was supposed to be between $700-800. Poor customer skills, excuses rather than solutions. Wish I had never sent my equipment to them. Warning to you, friends! No stars for this company.
