My husband bought a used riding lawnmower . We payed to have them deliver a week latter 😠. My husband uses it and is not cutting . They come to get the lawn mower that Wednesday . Today they still have no idea what's wrong with it . They tell him they are so busy. The worst customer service ever 😡
Took my weed trimmer in for service on September 19th, 2020, because I was having an issue with it. I was told by the owner(I think his name is Jim) that the cost would be $40.00 to diagnose the issue, and after the diagnosis was complete someone would call me and tell me what needed to be done to fix it, and the cost of doing so. He said all this would take place with in a week(7 days). A week expires and I haven't heard anything back.
