I have ALWAYS been treated wonderfully by the owner and his staff, the owner is so knowledgeable, and has treated me with such kindness. I have seen him go out of his way to help people, I saw him go get a chair for a gentleman who had a hard time walking up to the counter, he ended up needing a tire for his mower, so Jim got it for him, brought it out to his truck, n put it on for him right there in the parking lot!
The Power Outlet in Mooresville is awesome, I have personally bought parts there several times in the past 3 years, they have always had the parts I've needed which have gotten me out of several binds and enabled me to get my mowing done. Thank You again Power Outlet.
I have had a very good experience at the Power Outlet Store. I bought a lawn mower from them and the service has been excellent. I recently went back and purchased a leaf blower. I do believe sometimes the price is slightly higher than some of the other retail stores, but the quality of the product is excellent and most of all I want to buy my lawn equipment from someone who has a service department. Thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail.
