They are seriously understaffed, thus calls are late in coming, service is late in coming. Efforts are duplicated, through lack of communications. An attractive shop, but not well run.

terrible customer service. they do NOT uphold their warranty and treat you like crap!
drop my chainsaw off four weeks ago for repair was told I would be called within 2 weeks to be told if it was covered under warranty or I would have to pay. called to check on was told out do you receive a phone call back that day because they had to check their paper records they don't keep computer records. No one called back so I call back the next day told him I thought this was inconvenient. was actually call back that day by the manager and told was told I was being rude because i expect a call back in an unreasonable ... read more
Terrible customer service. Told me I had to wait 10 days just for a cost estimate. It's been a month and not a word. I am caught between a rock and a hard place because they are the only outlet in the metro area that services the brand of mower that I brought to them.
Worst customer service on the planet. Avoid this place like a foul disease.
Worst customer service ever...I've dropped off everything from chainsaws that I was told would be ready in a few days that I finally had to go get and take elsewhere after weeks, to buying a new 6200 dollar TORO which pulled to the left 20 feet in just a little over 20 feet of travel....they of course blamed TORO even though they had supposedly serviced it prior to my picking it up.
