It is true that you really don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I purchased a piece of equipment and due to a miscommunication having nothing to do with Power Outlet of Mooresville, I needed to exchange my purchase. Jim, the owner, and Steve, both made this experience pleasant - They were polite and professional above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate their prompt attention to my needs and will recommend them to anyone needing their products or services.
I purchased a used Husqvarna CZ4815 mower from James. James was great to work wit and everyone I have talked to has been great. I am very happy with the service, it's always a reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys for a a new machine or service.

Jimmy and the Power Outlet went way above and beyond to help me with warranty and non warranty repairs on a zero turn mower I had bought at Home Depot, which was nothing but trouble. Same experience as many others have had... I purchased a mower here about a year ago. I took it back for the annual service recently. They said it would be done in a week or less. After 1 1/2 weeks, I called and they hadn't started it. Said they would put it on the hot list and get it done. Three days later, still not started. Said it would be the next week. I told them to bring it back to me the next day whether it was done or not. They were magically able to work it in. Said it would be delivered between 8:30am and 9:30am.... read more
Dishonest, rude. and sells products in stock by giving false information. They have a no refund policy because they know you won't come back, so they just keep your money and sell the next person parts by giving fraudulent information.
DISHONEST, RUDE, AND INSULTING! I wish I had read the google reviews before I hired The Power Outlet! A tech came to the house to service our generator. He neglected to tell me that the hourly fee starts when the tech leaves the office - so if you hire, you better live close to their office! The tech could not find the electrical box and searched for two hours instead of asking me where it was.
