Very pleased with conplex and maintenance staff. Very efficient.
I have personally lived at The Polos for 3 1/2 years and have a very positive experience here. The staff is very courteous both in person and on the phone. I have never had any issues with getting work orders completed in a timely and professional manner. The staff is willing to do all they can to ensure that your living experience is a positive one. The second floor flooded, I live on the first and wasn't home, they didn't even check on our apartment, no one must have realized water flows down not UP! Now I've had machines in my apartment "drying" the place out, and no one has yet to come back to do the mold test. They were suppose to come today and now the business day is over and they've all gone home.
