I love the management team they are extremely helpful and welcoming!
The office staff is extremely kind and quick to help.
Great place to live! Amenities and staff were amazing. This was my favorite apartment while in Gainesville. This community was quiet and perfect for a young working professional.
I would like to say thank you to the staff at the Polos for helping me out with an issue that I had with my mail delivery today. Problems are going to arise anywhere you choose to live, however, I definitely appreciated the quick response time and their ability to resolve my problem.
