A total waist of time, old apartments, overcrowded, lack of parking , bugs, old cabinets, they will nickel and dime you for everything. Maintenance doesn't listen to your concerns, I had bug problems, bat problems, and AC problems. Maintenance doesn't care, all they want is your money.
I have dealt with an employee named Joe on a few different occasions and he has been extremely positive and helped me with any issue that I had-# 2123 I am the mother of a resident and have had no problems at all and would definitely recommend this complex
The property manager and assistant property manager are both extremely rude and condescending. There's no point in trying to voice your concerns, especially when 2 toddlers and a soon to be newborn are involved because they won't care. PLEASE PLEASE have management walk the unit with you on your move-in day, BEFORE ANY PAYMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN. Also, get copies of paperwork and receipts for your records. We have learned our lesson the hard way.
This is the bill Polos sent me after moving out. Apartment clean, minus normal living wear after two years. They could easily rent after paint and a little maintenance. Nowhere in the fees do they even mention my deposit I paid when I moved in. But they have already charged me for April May and June including late fees! So I guess they will not be renting out my unit instead have me pay. �
I've been living at the Polos since 2015 and I love every moment and everything about it. Maintenance is wonderful when it comes to scheduling and always attentive to my request. Thank you for always servicing your residents and having respect for my apartment. I sincerely couldn't be happier!
