Verified Renter The management and maintenance teams here are excellent. They are very responsive to questions and requests and provide thorough explanations to questions. The community is very good and generally clean and very quiet.
DO NOT LEASE HERE! PATHETIC MANAGEMENT The management is just worst. They will try to charge you for things you already paid for. The apartments are old and have mold all over.
Read the Lease (They Do Not) Horrible place that doesn't even abide their own lease agreement. Like, I'm reading the same lease you are and you're telling me it says stuff that isn't there. Like others have said they overcharge at move out, grossly overstating the damage observed in the final walkthrough. I had to fight with them several times during and following my 15 month stay here because they attempt to charge you for things that are not in the lease. Panco Management should be ashamed of these business practices: 1. Charged me to replace the carpet based on cleaning fluid stains on the backing of the carpet (not the top) 2. Refused to accept my written notice to vacate until AFTER I paid the lease break fees (payment before they would accept notice was NOT specified in the lease). 3. Because of #2, they forced me to pay two additional months of rent after I had already moved out. 4. Don't Move In, Because They'll Screw You When You Move Out There was mold growing in the walls. We discovered it while we were moving out. I turned in my keys and requested a final invoice. About 2 weeks later I finally got the invoice. Didn't matter. Their corporate office or some other entity involved with the organization had already issued a court summons to have me evicted from the premises I no longer resided at.
