Verified Renter Avana Fieldstone is an awesome complex to live and one the most professional and safest options in the Leesburg area. Our management team is awesome and very personable and our neighbors are respectful and quiet for the most part. Until I finally purchase a home, I will remain a resident at Avana Fieldstone under our current management team.

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! I'm not big on blasting negative reviews, but I am way over the complex since the new management or ownership change. To start, we've been living here for about 3 years, have always been on time with payment, no issues the community and staff were great to start. No issues to begin with, maintenance work was prompt and easy, staff seemed to be genuine and wanting to make a community. Now, with the change over, it has been all about making money.
