Verified Renter It's a wonderful experience at Avana Fieldstone Apartments. The amenities are great and it's a safe environment.
Verified Renter The maintenance of the property is excellent and the staff is very professional and warmth. Tye apartments were built with the occupants in mind as there is a mini-mart near by. As for the other facilities such as the gym and the pool, I think they could have been bigger in order to facilitate more persons at a time, knowing that the complex have some many persons living there.

Verified Renter This is an awesome place to live in. A quiet and friendly neighborhood with pool during the summer, all apartments are in a good condition. Management office are very responsive as well as maintenance team.
